If you’re trying to sign in to the BCZ iPhone app and are getting stuck at the login page with no error messages, you likely have cookies disabled in Safari.
To resolve this issue:
Open the Settings application on your phone
Scroll to and open the Safari settings
In the Privacy section, tap on Accept Cookies
Ensure that either ‘From visited’ or ‘Always’ is selected.
Go back into the BCZ app and sign in again
